We want every reading to meet your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with a session, you may request a refund or credit within 24 hours of the session’s completion.

How to Request a Refund

• Email support@psychic-soulmate-reading.net within 24 hours of your session
• Include your account email and the date/time of the session
• Briefly describe why the session did not meet your expectations

Review Process

Our team will review your request within 48 hours. We may offer an account credit for a future session, a complimentary session with a different reader, or a refund to your original payment method.

Exclusions

Refund requests made more than 24 hours after a session, or for sessions where the client used the full session duration without raising concerns, may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Free Minutes

The first 3 free minutes with each new reader are not subject to refund, as no charge is incurred during this period.
